RaeLynn Blue

After much working and fretting, I FINALLY got RaeLynn Blue's avatar completed. I worried over this one because when I first met this author, she didn't really care for CGI art. The first cover we did together, wasn't the best, but, to be honest, it was the first "real" cover I'd ever done and she was so patient with me. I'll be forever grateful to her for that. Like me, Ms. Blue is a sci-fi buff. I really like how this turned out.

Did this for Shara's "Badland Warriors" series, in which I'll be participating too. :) For this, you'll notice the little Vaknaut tattoo on their neck. While I don't make a habit of doing tattoos, these were simple enough that I could add them and they didn't look like symbols simply stuck on their necks. The tatts are added directly to the texture itself before rendering.
